OMAT Electric Multi-stage Control ValveOverview
The OMAT Electric Multi-stage Control Valve adopts a multi-stage cage-type sleeve valve core or axial labyrinth-type valve core, featuring multi-stage pressure reduction. It fully controls the flow velocity of the medium passing through the valve, significantly reducing the noise generated by high-pressure gas or steam inside the valve. The stable multi-stage pressure drop effectively prevents liquid from cavitating, making it a stable control valve for high-pressure medium applications.
The electric actuator is an integrated structure with a built-in servo amplifier. It can control the valve opening using control signals (4–20mA DC or 1–5V DC) and power supply, achieving regulation of process parameters such as pressure, flow, liquid level, and temperature. The electric multi-stage control valve offers advantages such as sensitive operation, simple wiring, large flow capacity, compact size, and high regulation accuracy.

Design Features
◆ Continuous regulation within a high-pressure differential range.
◆ The sleeve structure is a multi-hole cage type, strictly arranged according to the required regulation characteristics, ensuring excellent regulation performance.
◆ Both the upper and lower parts of the valve core are guided, providing balanced regulation, no vibration, and strong self-cleaning capability.
◆ The valve core can be designed as balanced or unbalanced. The balanced type features a sealing ring at the balance hole, while the unbalanced type uses a conical surface seal, ensuring effective sealing.
◆ The medium flows axially, gradually reducing pressure through multi-stage throttling discs, providing anti-cavitation and low noise even under large pressure differentials.
◆ The valve seat has a conical sealing surface, ensuring reliable sealing when the valve is closed.
◆ The sealing surface is hard-faced with hard alloy, and the valve core (stem) surface is coated with hard alloy material, offering erosion resistance and long service life.

◆ Drainage for high-pressure inner and outer cylinder conduits of steam turbines, main control valves, etc.
◆ Drainage for medium-pressure cylinders, medium-pressure control valves, low-pressure cylinders, and various extraction systems of steam turbines.
